In February of 2016 a bar that has become iconic to the South Eastern Gold Coast entertainment scene approached BCR8IVE MEDIA to rebrand their Saturday night events. The brief was simple (or so they thought)..The RATTLESNAKE Hotel wanted to create a logo that could be used as the centre piece for each design, so the event was known by the logo and not just the DJ’s that were playing.
The initial thought was to use the R from RATTLESNAKE and let that evolve into certain formats that could be recognised through different designs. As the design process moved along the option of using a snake was raised and the designs moved onward and upward from there, resulting in the final design as the chosen branding option.
